EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS GUIDE AVAILABLE

Jefferson County’s “THINK-PLAN-DO! REPEAT” is now available on the PLVC website and can be accessed by clicking HERE:

This guide covers what to do now to prepare for an emergency event with checklists and suggestions. In addition, it gives step-by-step instructions on what to do when an event takes place. Topics include water storage, utility shut-offs, food, sanitation, out-of-area contacts, and resources to local, state and federal resources for more detailed information. Efforts are underway to obtain copies of the printed Guide, but in the interim, copies are available to review at the Bay and Beach Clubs. You are encouraged to review the online Guide today to start the process of getting prepared.
