PLA SENIOR LIVING FACILITY 20170325

PLA CONSIDERING A SENIOR LIVING FACILITY
Requests Community Input

Port Ludlow Associates (PLA) is actively seeking a senior living facility for Port Ludlow. They would like to gain input from residents about this concept. If you have responded to a request for this information from SBCA or LMC, there is no further action needed.

PLA is considering a facility that offers a continuum of care.

  • Senior living provides apartment living with options for maintenance, meals and activities.
  • Assisted living provides apartment living and a greater level of medical care.
  • Memory care provides concentrated levels of care as needed.

You can help with the planning by sharing your suggestions.

Multiple answers are OK. Your responses will be kept confidential. Only summaries of all results will be used.

PLA needs your answers by April 1st midnight.

Many residents have expressed support of bringing a senior living facility to Port Ludlow. They do not want to have to leave their friends in Port Ludlow when it becomes necessary to seek an alternate form of living.
